Compaund — Build habits that stick
Effective date: March 4, 2026
Compaund is developed by Ampip. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.
All habit data you create in Compaund — including habits, completions, streaks, journal entries, and identities — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not operate servers that collect or store your data.
If you choose to sign in with your Apple ID, your data is synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides: your user identifier, and optionally your name and email address. This data is stored locally on your device (in the Keychain) and is used solely to personalize your experience within the app. We do not share this information with any third parties.
Compaund can optionally write habit completion data to Apple Health (e.g., workouts, mindful minutes, water intake). This requires your explicit permission. Health data is handled entirely by Apple's HealthKit framework and is never sent to us or any third party.
If you enable notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.
Compaund does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking tools. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or behavioral analytics.
Compaund is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
